Later is going to be Hero Face Off 2013, surely it’s going to be the biggest cosplay event in the country, and it’s also groundbreaking.
Why groundbreaking? Well, its going to be the first ever official World Cosplay Summit national qualifiers. and no less than Ed Hoff, the communications head of World Cosplay Summit (yes, the one in Japan) is going to grace the event, possibly as one of the judges of the WCS Philippines finals but of course, overseeing the big event organized by Anime Alliance Philippines.
